Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. The operator of the online shop is FrequenzPower FlexCo., Hauptplatz 31, 8820 Neumarkt in der Steiermark.
 
§ 2 Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking on the ‘Buy now’ button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping basket. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.
 
§ 3 Product characteristics, disclaimer and safety information
  1. Our globules are not medicines or medical products. They serve exclusively to support well-being through the frequencies they contain. They are not a substitute for medical examinations, diagnoses or treatments. We accept no liability for damage to health resulting from improper use.
  2. Our globules consist of 99.5% sugar. Before taking them, you should clarify individually whether consuming the globules is harmless to your health, especially if you have existing conditions such as diabetes. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
  3. Safety note: Due to their size, the globules pose a choking hazard, especially for children. We recommend keeping the globules out of the reach of children. We accept no liability for accidents or damage caused by improper storage or use.
§ 4 Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs, which are displayed during the ordering process.
 
§ 5 Delivery and retention of title
Delivery will be made to the address you specify. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
 
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB (German Civil Code), as our products are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons. This applies in particular as these are products for oral use.
 
§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Complaints must be reported to us in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods.
 
§ 8 Liability
 
We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
 
We are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and limit this liability to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
 
We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use or storage, including failure to observe the safety instructions in accordance with § 3 (2).
 
§ 9 Data protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
 
§ 10 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office, provided that you are a merchant.
 
§ 11 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
