Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

 

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.

If you no longer have the original packaging or outer packaging, you should use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
